These alternate browsing modes usually disable all third party extensions and add-ons, which can potentially interfere with Snagit's scrolling ability. Most browsers have the ability to browse in incognito or private window. We recommend using:Įach browser displays a specific page in a slightly different way even though it may appear the same on the screen, so some browsers may show better results than others for specific pages. When capturing content from a web browser, view the same web page in a different browser. Web capture can only work with HTTP sites, not HTTPS sites. If the auto-scroll method is failing or producing undesirable results, try panoramic capture. ![]() ![]() Snagit (Mac) 4 and later introduces a new way of capturing content that extends beyond what is visible on your screen - panoramic capture. If the Apple's App Store version of Snagit is not being used and the arrows do not appear, make sure that the scrolling is enabled in Snagit. The scrolling arrows do not appear when using Apple's App Store version of Snagit.
